While I was in there editing the two mistakes you pointed out, I noticed the others, so... :)

I think what caused the "journal" journals on the dorm list is that we update the dorm list when we process apps, but the taken list when y'all actually comment on it with the journals you'll be using (and often the person who updates the taken list isn't the one who does apps). Now we know to keep an eye on and update the dorm list too |D
