Did you just realize the truth to the killer's identity?
Did your beloved walk into the arms of your rival?
Were you trapped in a situation with no escape other than death?

Because that could be why you're here. According to the Odine Company, the mysterious appearances of people from other times and realities can theoretically be linked to lasting aftereffects of the 'Time Compression' that took place twenty three years ago - and in the distant future.

Though stable for the most part, the aftershocks caused by the Time Compression have rippled through space and time, finding resonance in moments of great mental epiphanies or anguish and then flinging them from their 'world' into our own.

Balamb Garden is a mobile military academy that has recently agreed to help the misplaced. They are willing to take on staff as well as students, who will be given lodgings and other such necessities.


Witches Reign is a panfandom, community-based, OC-friendly RP that takes place in the unnamed world of Final Fantasy VIII. With a plot that's one part high school setting and one part political/war drama jamjar, hopefully there'll be a little bit of something for everyone.
